ABOUT KART

TILLOTSON T4 is a kart that can bridge two aspects of the sport: expensive, two-stroke racing karts and sometimes not challenging enough rentals found on nearly every karting track. Constructed with a racing frame, hydraulic braking system with self-ventilating disc, adjustable suspension, and a specially designed four-stroke engine, this kart is hypothetically right in the middle between a “loud racer” and a robust rental kart. However, the parameters this package offers don’t necessarily keep it in the middle of the scale. Lap times achievable with this kart are just behind racing results, while maintenance costs are predictable and close to those of rental karts. The chassis is produced in the Italian factory “IPK,” which designs and manufactures a large number of homologated racing models, while the engine comes from Ireland, the home country of the “Tillotson” company. “MAXXIS” tires, made from a rubber compound specially developed for the TILLOTSON T4 kart, provide excellent racing performance while ensuring durability. This kart is an excellent choice for new racers of all ages and abilities.

Founded in 1914, Tillotson has been at the forefront of engine innovations. From the first diaphragm carburetors to leading achievements in motorsport, they devised the T4 series of karting that is spreading fast now.

T4 TRACK DAY

T4 TRACK DAY is an opportunity for ALL INTERESTED drivers to try out this karting in several free, non-competitive sessions of 15 minutes each. We organize these days with the aim of promoting the T4 karting model and the accompanying competition concept. We provide the karts available on that day, so drivers can enjoy the ride without the burden of transporting and servicing the kart. Depending on the number of registered participants and our capacities at that moment, four to eight karts will be on the track simultaneously. Before each TD, all registered drivers will receive an Event Regulation and a detailed schedule via email. By paying the entry fee for a certain number of sessions, the participant covers the costs of renting the kart and the track, as well as all other expenses such as fuel, consumables, mechanic fees, etc. Each participant is required to sign a specific document on the day of the TRACK DAY, thereby accepting the event conditions and committing to reimburse any material damage caused during the rides that day, within 7 days of the event. BY REGISTERING THROUGH THIS FORM, YOU ARE ANNOUNCING YOUR ARRIVAL AT ONE OF THE TRACK DAYS, OF WHICH THERE WILL BE EIGHT THIS YEAR. ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF AVAILABLE KARTS FOR A SPECIFIC TD, WE DEFINE GROUPS THAT CAN BE CHANGED ACCORDING TO PARTICIPANTS’ REQUESTS. FOR EXAMPLE, WE CAN MOVE YOU TO A GROUP WITH YOUR FRIEND IF YOU WISH TO DRIVE TOGETHER.

THE GRAPHIC BELOW SHOWS THE FORMATION OF GROUPS, AND EACH PARTICIPANT RECEIVES A CONFIRMATION EMAIL IMMEDIATELY AFTER SUBMITTING THE FILLED FORM. THE NUMBER OF SESSIONS IS A VERY IMPORTANT PIECE OF INFORMATION THAT MUST BE INCLUDED IN EACH APPLICATION, SO SPECIAL ATTENTION SHOULD BE PAID TO THAT PART OF THE FORM.

BY PAYING THE ENTRY FEE FOR THE TRACK DAY, AND FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS RECEIVED VIA EMAIL, THE PARTICIPANT VALIDATES THE REGISTRATION AND IS THEN ASSIGNED TO THE CORRESPONDING GROUP. THE PRICE OF THE ENTRY FEE IS DEFINED BASED ON THE NUMBER OF SESSIONS.

ABOUT COMPETITION

The championship is owned by TILLOTSON T4 SERIES SERBIA, the official organization operating throughout the entire region and supported by the manufacturer as such. This is currently the only such competition in Serbia. The focus is on the driver’s abilities, and the quantity of equipment or the kart model does not determine who will be the most successful. This is a great option for drivers who want to step out of the world of rental racing but do not want to invest as much money and energy as required for competition with two-stroke racing karts. There are two participation options – a competitor can buy a new or used T4 karting and organize on their own, or they can join our SOR T4 TEAM, rent one of the 4 karts, and purchase a full service package including servicing, transportation, and storage. TILLOTSON SERIES SERBIA

RACE WITH OUR T4 TEAM

If you want to compete in the T4 championship but don’t want to buy a kart or deal with its servicing, parts procurement, transportation, and storage, you can race with us. Currently, we have four karts and the necessary equipment for competing in this championship. Additionally, we have personnel for organizing and executing participation on race days, so all you need to focus on is yourself, your mental and physical preparedness, leaving everything else to us. When you sign up, one of our karts and two sets of new tires will be assigned to you, and you will only compete with that. Of course, the kart will be used for our other activities throughout the year, as you rent it only for race days, but it will be brought to optimal condition for successful racing before each event. The package price does not include the costs of repairing the kart after damage caused by the driver. Engine failures, chassis parts, and consumables are covered by us. If, for example, you want to try and participate in just one race day, just contact us, and we will define the conditions together and arrange such cooperation for that race day.
